INGREDIENTS OF VEGETABLE PARATHA WRAP RECIPE: -
Wheat Flour – 100 gms
Cabbage (chopped) – ½ cup
Potato – 1
Grated Paneer – 50 gms
Onion (chopped) – 1
Capsicum (chopped) – 1
Corriader leaves (chopped) – 20 gms
Salt – To taste
METHOD OF VEGETABLE PARATHA WRAP RECIPE: -
- Knead the dough and make two parathas.
- Heat the oil in a pan and add all the chopped vegetables in it like potato, onion, cabbage, capsicum and paneer.
- Now add some garam masala and salt to the fried vegegables. Lastly add corriander leaves to it.
- Now take a paratha and add cooked vegetable in it.
- Now roll it tight and cut it into two pieces.
- This recipe is most suitable for breakfast or tiffin. Serve with tomato sauce.
