VEGETABLE PARATHA WRAP RECIPE

INGREDIENTS OF VEGETABLE PARATHA WRAP RECIPE: -

Wheat Flour – 100 gms

Cabbage (chopped) – ½ cup

Potato – 1

Grated Paneer – 50 gms

Onion (chopped) – 1

Capsicum (chopped) – 1

Corriader leaves (chopped) – 20 gms

Salt – To taste

METHOD OF VEGETABLE PARATHA WRAP RECIPE: -

  1. Knead the dough and make two parathas.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and add all the chopped vegetables in it like potato, onion, cabbage, capsicum and paneer.
  3. Now add some garam masala and salt to the fried vegegables.  Lastly add corriander leaves to it.
  4. Now take a paratha and add cooked vegetable in it.
  5. Now roll it tight and cut it into two pieces.
  6. This recipe is most suitable for breakfast or tiffin. Serve with tomato sauce.
